Proprio lei mi ha suggerito questa pasta frolla senza uova e burro e quindi perfetta per i vegani, ma anche per chi è intollerante a questi ingredienti.
L’ho provata subito perché da tempo cercavo la ricetta di una frolla di questo tipo, ma poi i risultati erano sempre deludenti.
Questa qui, invece, mi è piaciuta moltissimo e ha riscosso successo anche in famiglia tra i più scettici.
Ha un gusto molto rustico che secondo me sta molto bene con la frutta.
Io ho preparato una crostata ripiena di mele…ovviamente sapete già per chi!
Voi potete utilizzarla come base per tutte le crostate che volete, con la confettura e la frutta che preferite.

INGREDIENTI per la Pasta frolla veg
(utilizzare una tazza qualunque come misurino)
Per la frolla
2 tazze di farina 00
1 tazza di zucchero di canna (io integrale)
1/2 tazza di olio di semi (anche un po’ meno)
1/4 di tazza di acqua
1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci
Per il ripieno
3 mele golden
una manciata di uvetta e pinoli
cannella in polvere qb
3 cucchiai di zucchero
scorza di 1/2 limone
confettura di albicocche qb (facoltativa)
Zucchero di canna qb per caramellare
Zucchero a velo qb per decorare
PROCEDIMENTO
Sistemare tutti gli ingredienti della frolla in una grande boule di vetro e lavorarli con le mani fino a formare una pasta morbida e uniforme. Avvolgerla nella pellicola e lasciarla in frigorifero per 30 minuti.
Intanto sbucciare e tagliare a cubetti le mele e mescolarle con lo zucchero, la cannella, la scorza grattugiata del limone, i pinoli e l’uvetta.
Stendere con un matterello poco più della metà della pasta tra due fogli di carta forno e sistemarla all’interno di una tortiera di circa 23 cm di diametro. Bucherellare il fondo con una forchetta.
Spalmare due cucchiai di confettura di albicocche sulla base (se vi va e se vi piace) e poi coprire con le mele.
Stendere il resto della pasta e coprire la crostata facendo aderire bene i bordi .
Bucherellare la superficie con la forchetta e spolverizzare con zucchero di canna.
Infornare in forno già caldo a 180° per 30-40 minuti.
Una volta fredda, decorare con zucchero a velo.
Scemetta…non sono vere tutte tutte le cose che dici…però la frolla è super buona!!!
